 Introducing The Phoenix Project: Spreading Kindness, One Step At A Time

 

I'm Phoenix, an 8 year old boy, with a big passion for kindness and a desire to help others. I started The Phoenix Project  to raise money for charities that are close to my heart and to make a difference in the lives of those in need, one cause at a time. 

​

When I was just  5 years old, I completed a reading challenge and raised over £500 for Sevenoaks Larder, a local charity that helps families struggling to afford their weekly food shop. It felt amazing to know I was helping others in my community!

Along with my friends, I also raised over £600 by competing in a school triathalon for Restless Development, a charity that empowers  young people lead change in their own communities. 

 

This year for 2024 I'm working on something extra special! I'm creating my own Christmas cards to sell to friends, family and local businesses, with all the money going to the Starlight Charity. Starlight helps bring happiness to seriously ill children by providing pay equipment and specialist playtime sessions, making a huge difference in their lives.

I believe that even small acts of kindness can have a big impact, and I'm excited to keep working toward making the world a kinder place- one project at a time!
